3. User Accounts and Access
Account Creation
- Access to our platform requires authentication through Google or Microsoft OAuth
- Enterprise users must be invited by Longwalk or an enterprise administrator
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our platform only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security
- Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate our system prompts, proprietary conversation methodologies, assessment logic, platform workflows, or talent insight generation processes
- Share access credentials or allow unauthorized use of your account

- Send excessive requests or attempt to overwhelm our systems beyond normal usage patterns

5. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- Longwalk and all related trademarks, service marks, and logos are our property
- The platform software, system prompts, conversation methodologies, assessment logic, and talent insight generation processes are protected by intellectual property laws
- All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by Longwalk
Your Rights
- Enterprise clients retain ownership of job descriptions, role requirements, and company-specific content
- Candidates retain ownership of their responses and personal information shared during conversations
- You grant us a limited license to use your content to provide our services and generate talent insights
- You may request data portability and deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy
6. Service Availability and Support

By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or to protect the security and integrity of our platform.
Effect of Termination
- Your right to access and use the platform will cease immediately
